The agency that rebuilt itself first

Manuel Suarez founded Attention Grabbing Media in Florida in 2016, on a conviction the industry hadn’t caught up to yet: attention is the most valuable asset in business, and the companies that learn to grab it — ethically, consistently, at scale — win.

The proof came from doing, not pitching. AGM built the marketing machine behind a family of owner-operated brands — a multi-language audience operation that posted 22,000,000 YouTube views in a single month as recently as February 2026 — and grew into a bilingual team of roughly 100 specialists working with names like Nancy Cartwright, Daymond John, Jason Fladlien, Tom Cummins, and Cesar Millan, whose Better Dog Supplements brand Manuel leads today. Along the way came the ClickFunnels Two Comma Club award and ManyChat’s Top Performing Agency recognition — both photographed below.

Then AI arrived, and AGM made the decision most agencies are still avoiding: rebuild your own company before you sell the rebuild. Starting in 2025, AGM became its own first client — daily AI briefs instead of status meetings, reporting that repairs itself, and grounded AI sales agents built to say only what the business knows to be true.

In 2026 the receipts went public. Two zero-hallucination AI sales agents went live in production within one week of each other — metabolismo.com on July 7 and betterdogsupplements.com on July 9 — both open URLs anyone can talk to. The AI Transformation portal reached 275 members (July 2026). And this site, like every number on it, ships with its dates attached.
